Winter 2019 – Children/teens

Now in our 10th year of offering inspiration, creativity and fun for elementary/middle/high school students! Classes in Mt. Kisco, NY, and Ridgefield, CT. 
Register for the Winter 2019 session:

– Mt. Kisco Location (at KAC) –

Let’s Write! Creative Writing for grades 3rd, 4th, 5th
Create interesting characters and clever plots each week. Meet new friends who like to write! (11 weeks)
Saturdays (January 12 – March 30)  – 10:00am – 11:15am


Writer’s Voice for grades 6th – 12th – Discover your “writer’s voice” and learn more fun ways to create unique characters, plots, short stories, and prose poetry. Students may work on independent and group writing projects and receive guidance to challenge and improve their writing. (11 weeks)

Saturdays (January 12 – March 30)  – 11:30am – 12:45pm


NEWReader’s and Writer’s Theater for grades 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th —  Characters, dialogue, props and more!  This fun class combines the joys of reading, writing and creativity as we rehearse lines, write new dialogue,  and make the props for these one-act plays.

Saturdays (January 12 – March 30) — 1pm – 2:15pm
